Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Your order delivery is divided into two distinct timeframes:
1. Production (Processing) Time
All products from Black Scowl are custom-made on demand. This means we only begin manufacturing your item after your order is confirmed.
- Timeframe: It typically takes 3–7 business days for our team to print, quality-check, and carefully package your order.
- Start Time: Production begins the business day after your order is placed.
2. Shipping Time
This is the time it takes for the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx) to transport the package from our facility to your delivery address.
- Timeframe: Shipping time varies significantly based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. (See estimated times below).
Please note: Total time to receive your order = Production Time (3–7 days) + Shipping Time.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 USD shipped to the United States (Contiguous US only).
For all other orders and destinations, shipping costs will be clearly displayed before final payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our production facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become fully active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of our production regions, please be aware:
- You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Black Scowl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine potential costs.
