Ordering & The Painfully Slow Process
Are your shirts just sitting around in a dusty warehouse?
No. They’re much more exclusive than that. Every item you order is custom-produced the moment you hit ‘Purchase.’ We don’t believe in overstocking or mass production. Your shirt is made for you, which is why it takes a minute.
I need this shirt immediately for existential reasons. How fast can you get it to me?
Slow down, doom enthusiast. We operate in two phases:
- Production: The time it takes for our team to meticulously print and prep your unique item. This usually takes 3–7 business days.
- Shipping: The time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package. (See our full Shipping Policy for detailed timelines.).
Total time is Production + Shipping. Planning ahead? That’s on you.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Sure, but you have to be fast. Since we start production almost immediately, we can only process cancellations or modifications within 12 hours of the order being placed. After that, your shirt is already committed to the printing press. You can try your luck by contacting contacto@blackscowl.com immediately.
Shipping & The Inevitable Wait
Why does shipping cost anything at all? Shouldn’t apathy be free?
We agree, but sadly, the postal service has yet to accept philosophical despair as a form of payment. Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier based on the weight of your items and where you live. You’ll see the exact, disappointing price at checkout.
Where exactly is this stuff shipping from?
From a place where high-quality printing is our only joy. Our products are shipped from our central production facilities and partners, depending on your location, to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your door.
My tracking number says it’s stuck somewhere pointless. Help?
Tracking numbers are provided the moment your order ships (after the 3-7 day production time). If the tracking information hasn’t updated in several days, or if the carrier marks the package as lost, let us know immediately at contacto@blackscowl.com. We will handle the inevitable carrier-related drama and arrange a replacement for you.
Returns & Our Very Strict Rules
The size is wrong. Can I exchange it for a new one?
Absolutely not. We’re not in the business of holding your hand during the measuring process. Every size chart is available on the product page. You are responsible for consulting the size guide before purchasing. We do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or for “buyer’s remorse.” Please don’t ask.
You messed up. My shirt is defective or damaged. Now what?
Okay, fine. If the item arrived with a legitimate printing error, damage, or you received the wrong product, we will fix our mistake.
- The requirement: You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Action: Email contacto@blackscowl.com with clear photos of the defect. We will ship a replacement, free of charge. This is the only valid reason for a return.
How should I treat this sacred garment?
To preserve the graphics and the integrity of your cynicism, wash the item inside-out in cold water. Tumble dry low or, better yet, hang it up and contemplate its slow fade into oblivion.
